A defined starting scope
One room or repeatable room type, with up to eight distinct hard-furniture or freestanding storage lines. Examples include a dining table, coffee table, sideboard, bedside units or storage cabinet. Quantities and supplier minimums are reviewed before acceptance.
What we need
- Room plan, usable dimensions and access restrictions
- Item schedule, quantities, finishes and reference images
- Delivery postcode, approximate delivered budget and required timing
- Your design approver and purchasing contact
What we coordinate
- An agreed product and specification brief
- Suitable supplier comparisons with material, finish, dimensions, quantities and exclusions identified
- Itemised costs and packing, transport and import arrangements
- Drawing or sample approvals where required
- Agreed inspection checks and reporting before shipment
We seek comparable independent offers before recommendation and identify where suitable offers or evidence remain missing. Initial options are not approval to manufacture.
Your studio stays in control
Your team retains design and specification approval. Site measurement, interior design, installation, electrical work, upholstered seating, fitted joinery and specialist testing are outside this initial package unless separately assessed and agreed.
Fees and timing
Our customer sourcing fee is 5%. Your written proposal confirms the calculation basis and services included. Inspection, samples, specialist services and delivery are identified separately where applicable.
Your programme depends on specification and drawing approvals, samples where required, supplier availability, inspection, transport and final delivery. We confirm feasibility and the proposed milestones for your order before commitment.
