Bathroom sourcing
Bathroom Furniture & Fittings Sourcing from China
Build a coordinated bathroom schedule before choosing individual products — vanities, WCs, baths and showers sourced together and delivered to your UK site.
What we source
- Vanity and basin sets
- Mirror cabinets and bathroom storage
- Floor-standing and wall-hung WCs
- Fitted and freestanding baths
- Shower trays and enclosures
- Taps and accessories where specified
Planning each bathroom
Each bathroom is checked separately for usable dimensions, door swing, waste and outlet positions, water services, wall support for wall-hung items, ceiling slopes and access. We identify the exact model and obtain dimensioned drawings before treating any product as suitable for your room.
Base package and upgrades
We can show a standard fitted-bath package alongside separate upgrades, rather than mixing optional products into the base price. A vanity set and a basic pedestal basin are different specifications, so we never compare them as equivalents. As a goods-only planning estimate, a standard bathroom product package typically falls around £1,000–£3,000 — see the budget planning guide.
What's not included
Building works, waterproofing, plumbing, electrics, tiling and installation are separate unless agreed. Glass, water fittings and sanitaryware need evidence appropriate to the actual item and where it's being used, which we check before ordering. Tiles can be sourced alongside — see building materials.
Our customer sourcing fee is 5%. Your written proposal confirms the calculation basis and services included. Inspection, samples, specialist services and delivery are identified separately where applicable.
Your programme depends on specification and drawing approvals, samples where required, supplier availability, inspection, transport and final delivery. We confirm feasibility and the proposed milestones for your order before commitment.
No minimum to enquire. Supplier minimums and shipping practicality are checked for each product.
