Planning a whole house room by room
Most whole-house projects start with the kitchen and utility, bedrooms and dressing areas, living and dining rooms, study and lighting. Curtains and blinds, bathroom furniture and flooring can then be added as clearly defined packages. Reference photos set the style; measured plans turn that style into a schedule we can price.
Budgeting for a whole house
We can build options at different budget levels for the same house. A house can't be priced reliably from floor area or photographs alone, so every quotation states whether fitted joinery, bathrooms, flooring, delivery and installation are included. Our customer sourcing fee is 5%. Your written proposal confirms the calculation basis and services included. Inspection, samples, specialist services and delivery are identified separately where applicable.
Your programme depends on specification and drawing approvals, samples where required, supplier availability, inspection, transport and final delivery. We confirm feasibility and the proposed milestones for your order before commitment.
