How an inspection is scoped
Every inspection is scoped before anyone attends: which goods must be ready, whether assembly is needed, the drawing revision and approved samples to check against, how much is sampled, which checks are made, how the report is delivered, and who is responsible for putting faults right. Goods that are already packed can't always be fully checked unless unpacking is arranged in advance — so we agree that up front.
Buying visits to Foshan and Guangzhou
If you'd like to see factories yourself, we can plan a buying visit around your sourcing categories and the appointments available. A Foshan and Guangzhou trip typically spans several days; travel dates, guide and transport fees and factory access are confirmed before you book.
Inspection fees
Inspection days are quoted for the agreed scope and attendance. Flights, hotels, visas, local transport, translation and third-party laboratory testing are included only where stated on your quotation.
Our customer sourcing fee is 5%. Your written proposal confirms the calculation basis and services included. Inspection, samples, specialist services and delivery are identified separately where applicable.
Your programme depends on specification and drawing approvals, samples where required, supplier availability, inspection, transport and final delivery. We confirm feasibility and the proposed milestones for your order before commitment.
No minimum to enquire. Supplier minimums and shipping practicality are checked for each product.
