What we need to design and quote
Overall and internal dimensions, hanging lengths, shelving, drawers, door type, opening clearances, hardware and any integrated lighting. If you have a particular style in mind — for example an Indian-style wardrobe with a specific compartment layout — reference images and a list of the internal compartments get the arrangement right far better than a style label alone.
Measurements before final price
Room measurements and an approved unit schedule come before final pricing. Sloping ceilings, corners, skirting, sockets and uneven walls all need allowing for, and finish samples and edge details are agreed before production. Joinery is priced from your unit schedule rather than a flat rate per metre, so you pay for what you actually get.
What's separate
Installation, site templating, wall preparation, electrical work and design fees are agreed separately and shown as their own lines on your quotation.
Our customer sourcing fee is 5%. Your written proposal confirms the calculation basis and services included. Inspection, samples, specialist services and delivery are identified separately where applicable.
Your programme depends on specification and drawing approvals, samples where required, supplier availability, inspection, transport and final delivery. We confirm feasibility and the proposed milestones for your order before commitment.
No minimum to enquire. Supplier minimums and shipping practicality are checked for each product.
